The work from the street artist in the playing field donated by Charlatans basket in via Montedonzelli

The graffiti depicting Kobe Bryant stands out in a small outdoor basketball playing field, located in via Montedonzelli, in Naples. Along with this work created by street artist Jorit, re-purposing of the field took place, with it being repainted in yellow and purple, the colors of Los Angeles Lakers, the team in which the beloved NBA star played. The author of this work is none other than Nick Anson from Venice Ball, a young American on vacation in the Neapolitan city, who upon learning of the Black Mamba’s untimely passing, decided to fund the entire structure’s restyling. He received support from Charlatans Basket Napoli, a team of former basketball players over 40 years of age with a passion for this sport, which now carries the project forward. The mission? more baskets for everyone, in both the city and its provinces. Five of these fields are already active.
